Auto-Balance Impact Crusher - Operating Performance
Wear-parts costs from 2 to 10 cents per ton crushing highly abrasive (50%+ silica) hard rock from 2-1/2" minus to 1/2" minus and 1 to 4 cents per ton in less abrasive materials.
Major wear part replacement intervals are every 3 to 12 months of normal operation (50 hours/week).
Essentially eliminates daily/weekly downtime thus increasing overall production.
Crusher will pulverize clay balls and other impurities thereby cleaning the rock as it goes through the Crusher. Has been used to replace a ball mill.
Produces cubical shaped rock with high crushed face count allows operator to meet SHRP specifications.
Crush 1/2" miuns to sand. Run wet or dry with minimal difference in wear.
Operates with single or dual motors - allows operator to start small and increase capacity by increasing the horsepower.
"The Crusher can operate effectively from about 100 tons per hour with 200 to 300 HP up to a maximum of 575 tons per hour with 600 HP. The Model 400, i.e. 400HP with capacity of 350 to 400 tons per hour will more than load a 6' X 20' triple deck screen. The key to maximizing throughput and crushing is to feed the Crusher consistently.
